$3.25 per square foot = $1667.25. This includes countersinking or replacing existing screws below deck surface, mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and weathered wood on top surface of each deck board, buff sand, acid wash, pressure wash, translucent stain in your choice of tint brushed on. This includes labor and materials. 

Deck Extension 

$28 per square foot= $3,447.50 includes, footers as needed, pressure treated joist and frame spaced 16" galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of redwood 2 x 6 sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint. This includes labor and materials.
