$564.17 includes removal and replacement of 3 damaged cedar siding boards. This includes labor and materials.

Stain siding

$5,946.26 includes pressure wash, restaining in semitransparent stain brushed on. Re-caulking windows. Light sand or wire brush in weathered areas.  This includes labor and materials.

Total job:  $6,510.43

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
