New hardwood deck installation $3,429.57

Approximately 12 feet x 9 feet triangular deck set to height of brick patio.  This includes removal and disposal of existing brick and soil, installation of new cumaru decking stained on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking using stainless trim head screws countersunk, buffed and stained on top surface in translucent deck stain. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $3,429.57  This includes labor and materials. 

Hardwood plugs in screw holes $175.00. 

Maintenance on deck $125.00 after 12 then every 24 months. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule remainder on completion.
