$40,984.50 includes installation of deck extension 52 x 10 feet to connect 2 decks. Steel I Beam along outer edge of extension and along house. Timber joists to match existing with cantilever. New railing to match existing railing. Mahogany decking. This includes materials and labor. 

Rock columns

$22,100.00 includes installation of 3 matching rock columns to support deck.

Pergola

$6,290.00 includes design and installation of steel and timber frame pergola, retractable awning with stainless hardware. This is a rough price depending on design.

Total job:  $69,374.50 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
