$9,068.10 Includes installation of new decking using composite decking with hidden fasteners and square edge in contrasting color using Trex Enhance or Timbertech Earthwood Evolutions. This includes materials and labor. This does not include structural work such as joist replacement.

Staining

$2,515.75 includes staining of large columns, staining of rail cap, solid stain on joists scrape and paint. This includes materials and labor

Joist replacements

$2200.00 includes joist replacements, reframing.

Stair treads

$2,172.10 includes removal and disposal of existing stair treads, installation of new GLB stairs treads. This includes materials and labor.

Tear out

$542.50 includes bracing, removal and disposal of existing railing and decking including large columns.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
