Deck extension and new posts/footers 18 x 2 

$3600.00 includes,  18 foot by 2 foot extension off of existing deck in redwood. Includes materials and labor. 

Existing deck new decking

140 square feet @ $13.50 per square foot = $1890.00 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, minor substrucural work, installation of new redwood decking this includes materials and labor. 

Railing extension:

6' new railing @ $110.00 per foot = $660.00 includes fabrication and installation of  match existing railing. 

Stair treads: 

$550.00 includes stairs removal and replacement of existing redwood stair tread. This includes materials and labor. 

Pergola or awning 

$1500.00 - $4500.00 depending on design includes either timber frame or retractable canvas awning. Final price pending design. 

Concrete pad 

$1100.00 includes demo and replacement of cracked section on patio, installation of new pad under extension. This includes labor and materials. 

Total job: TBD 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
