$6,240.00 includes installation of treated posts, footers, installation of wood stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint or to match existing.  Cedar facing. 

26 feet step around outer edge of deck 

$1,400.00 includes slab to support stringers, one step down from deck to grade level in redwood. 

Outdoor kitchen 

$4,500.00 includes outdoor barbecue area built in surround for grills including cabinets, countertop, and sink. 

Total job:  $12,141.00 includes labor and materials. 

Bid is subject to revision based on final design. Design consultation, draft to scale, and basic illustration included also. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
