$3.81 per square foot = $3,143.07 includes sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, pressure wash, acid wash, board tightening, stain in translucent stain brushed on. This includes materials and labor.  

Total neighbor's deck 280 square feet

$3.81 per square foot = $1,065.00 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above,board by board inspection (replacement at additional linear foot price) tightening loose boards,  mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse,
stain of in your tint of choice, brushed on. This includes materials and labor.  

Stairs 

$325.00 includes pressure wash, scuff sand, recoat in Sikkens DEK. This includes material and labor. 

10 foot corner bench

$1,562.00 includes framing and building a bench attached to the top side of the deck to create a corner bench. This includes material and labor. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 20% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
