Restoration of Existing Deck and Stairs

$1,951.98 includes mechanical sanding of 403 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking on the main deck . This includes materials and labor. 

 Extension  of Existing Deck (Redwood)

$27,225.00 This includes installation of concrete footings, house ledger, joists to match existing deck and GLB beam. 605 square feet of new Redwood decking prestained on 5 sides prior to installation with coated decking screws, acid wash, buff sand, stain on deck in your choice of tint. Redwood and stainless cable railing to match existing deck. This includes materials and labor. 

Replacing of Existing Deck  (mid range composite decking) 

$9,027.20 This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new mid range composite decking with hidden fasteners. This includes materials and labor.  

Replacing Railing with new steel cable

$9,408.00  includes stainless cable railing with 4 x 4 wood posts and wood cap (horizontal rail). This includes materials and labor. 

Concrete Pad and Retaining Wall

$5,062.40 includes removal of existing material and poring of a 202 square foot concrete pad, from the walkout of the basement (this could be plain concrete, stamped or died concrete).  This includes materials and labor.  

*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

$52,674.58 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
