Railing:
$17,212.50 High end option: 161 feet of new railing on new deck includes installation peeled log posts with peeled log top rail and stainless cable rungs with turnbuckle style tensioners. Includes staining. This includes materials and labor.
$13,740.00 Less expensive option: railing includes installation of 6 x 6 rough timber or 4 x 4 redwood posts with square wood cap. This includes labor and materials.
Total job for low end railing $50,620.14. This includes labor and materials.
Total job for high end railing $54,092.64. This includes labor and materials.
We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
