Restoration

$2,438.72 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

Stain fascia south and west side of house

$1,200.00 includes stain fascia south and west side of house. This includes materials and labor.

Repairs

$465.00 includes replacement of 1 stair tread, tigten railing on back deck, attach stairs to concrete, fix gate. This includes materials and labor.

Total job:  $4,103.72

Maintenance on deck $840.00 includes pressure wash, acid wash, stain and wipe after `12, then every 18-24 months. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
