Outdoor kitchen (based on concept)

$7310.00 includes drop in grill, stone or stainless steel counter top, refrigerator cabinet with small refrigerator, cabinet for storage, drawers. Privacy/lattice structure built in to shield from road. This is a rough estimate for a basic outdoor kitchen space approximately 8 feet by 2 feet.

Bench

36 feet of bench (based on concept) at $75.16 per foot = $2,705.72 includes installation of redwood or composite bench. This includes materials and labor.

Pergola

312 square feet (based on concept) $13.47 per foot = $4,209.00. includes 8 x 8 vertical supports , 2 x 10 rough sawn cross pieces morticed and stained with natural stain in your choice of color. This includes materials and labor.

Fireplace

(Based on concept) $7735.00 includes installation of concrete slab, firebrick and rock face with top ledge and stainless burner approximately 8 feet long fireplace with gas line included. This includes materials and labor.

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost.

Total job $41,534.32 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials.

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion.
