Installation of New Back Deck

$21,013.50 This includes installation of 485 square feet new Trex Transcend composite decking with hidden fasteners as well as  concrete footings bearing on existing concrete slab in one area, house ledger, joists to match existing deck and GLB beam. Stairs down from the new deck to grade. This includes materials and labor.  

Railing on Entire Perimeter of Deck

$3,672.00 includes 57 linear feet of redwood railing with 4 x 4 wood posts and wood cap (horizontal rail). Pending design. This includes materials and labor. 

(Engineering site visit- to determine necessity of this $350.00). 

*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

$24,685.50 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
