Total new deck square footage: 80 square feet

Materials

$2067.00 includes purchase and delivery of all materials for deck construction. 2 x 8 pressure treated joists, galvanized hangers, 2 x 10 outer beam and ledger, 6 x 6 through post, fortress black rail panels, redwood decking, facing.  Concrete and post brackets. 

Labor: 

$2275.00 includes installation of 4 footings along outer edge of deck (cutting patio) and house, installation of ledger, framing, installation of decking and railing. 

Front deck railing and underside: 

Option 1: sand/stain stain $1332.00 includes acid wash, pressure wash rail including stairs, full sanding to bare wood glue lam beam facing. This includes materials and labor. 

Option 2: new railing $3620.00 includes removal and disposal of existing railing, removing and modifying 5 rail posts on front of deck to allow railing to lay flush with outer plane of deck, touch up and staining of posts, installation of 2 x 6 redwood to cover mortices on posts,  full sanding and staining of glue lam beam around outer edge of deck, installation of fortress iron powder coated railing panels. This includes all materials and labor. 

Underside of deck 

$600.00 includes pressure washing of underside of deck and joists, solid stain in your choice of color. This includes labor and materials.

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
