Deck restoration:

Approximately 525 square feet of decking to be sanded and stained.  $4.25 per square foot = $2,231.25 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on.

Stairs

17 treads @ $35.00 each = $595.00 includes mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on.

Railing

Replace 5 rail sections $726.50.00 per section = $3633.00 (this is a $191.25 discount) includes removal and disposal of existing log rail sections, installation of new railing in similar style with mortised top log and vertical balusters coped to existing posts. This includes labor and materials. 

Staining

90' log rail, posts, and facing including stairs, staining @ $15.00 per foot = $1350.00 includes pressure wash, staining in translucent log oil with base coat to provide color and matching on new and weather wood. 

Estimated repair 2 hours @ $75.00 per hour = $150.00 includes installation of bracket ob BLG stringers to attach to concrete. This should work but we may find we need additional stabilization. 

Total job: $7959.25 this includes labor and materials. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
