$350.00 includes shade modelling to determine design for exterior shades.

Soffit under deck

$3,072.00 includes installation of cedar tongue and groove soffit under lower deck. This includes materials and labor.

Lighting and electrical

Electrician plus 10%, approximately $2500.00 includes installation of lighting on soffit, 2 power outlets.

Shade options:

Sail shade

$8,000.00 includes installation of sail shade with house and railing mounts. This includes materials and labor. This is dependent on final design.

Roll down vertical shade

$5,633.48 includes railing modification to add vertical support columns with uv blocking roll down shades. This is based on sunbrella fabrics. This is a concept quote and could change based on final design.

Total job TBD 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion.
