Approx. 225  square feet @ $28 per square foot = $6,300.00 includes installation of new piers, footings, posts and beams, installation of 2 x 10 joists and framing, installation of redwood decking. This includes materials and labor excluding composite material. 

New Staircase

$3,500.00 includes staircase stringers and composite treads. This includes materials and labor.  This also includes fixing the existing receiver board.

Total job: $9,800.00

We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin drafting process.
