$4500.00 includes scraping and repainting fascia on all horizontal (not peaks) fascia on all buildings excluding any with gutter. 

Railing replacement unit 2 12 feet railing replacement

$1420.00 includes removal and disposal of existing railing section, installation of new railing using peeled log top and bottom with channel for 1 x 6 cedar vertical planks painted (match existing). This includes materials and labor. Does not include posts. 

Total bid: $5920.00 includes all materials and labor. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
