Restoration

Approximately 2680 square feet at $3.85 per square foot = $10,318.00. This includes countersinking or replacing existing screws below deck surface, mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and weathered wood on top surface of each deck board, buff sand, acid wash, pressure wash, translucent stain in your choice of tint brushed on. This includes labor and materials. 

Railing

Approximately 800 feet of railing $4.00 per foot = $3200.00 includes light sand to remove peeling paint, touchup areas on upper and lower horizontal railing this includes materials and labor.

 Doors

$45.00 per door = $1170.00 includes scuff sand to remove loose coating, coating with exterior door and window product. Please note this is not restoration and unevenness and weather may still appear beneath new finish after completion. 

Total bid: $14,688.00 includes all materials and labor. 

Maintenance on deck $1.65 per square foot = $4422.00 after 12, then every 18-24 months with no contract, $3785.00 with contract. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
