Total existing deck 224 square feet. 408 square foot extension total 669 square feet decking 

162 square foot deck extension: 

$28.00 per square foot= $4536.00 includes, footers as needed, pressure treated joist and frame spaced 16" galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of redwood 2 x 6 stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint. 2 Steps up from existing deck for hot tub area, one level up for bench/fireplace area.  This includes labor and materials. This is for 8 x 8 (not matching existing column construction.

Hot tub pad 

$550.00 includes minor grading, installation of concrete pad to fit hot tub. 

Existing deck 

628 square feet @ $2.85 per square foot = $1789.80 includes sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, pressure wash, acid wash, board tightening, stain in translucent stain brushed on. 

Bench 

38 feet bench @ $95.00 (redwood) = $3610.00 this include construction of bench with back with redwood or ipe  in corner of 12 x 16 extension. Staining included. 

Post and beams 

$1450.00 includes removal and relocation of post with new concrete pier, installation of new beam. 

Fireplace $4400.00 includes concrete pad, installation of  gas fireplace 12" lip in matching stone to interior fireplace with  with gas line. 

Total job:  $16,335.80 with redwood bench This includes labor and materials. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
