$1,645.03 includes setting three new posts and two new sections of damaged railing

Total job: $1,645.03 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
