Fixing the broken step up to the back deck

$ No Charge Replacing of the one step from main back to lower area in back that will be structurally sound. This includes materials and labor.

$1,840.22 for total job  This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 20% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed. 

Your maintenance price for next year will be  $1,178.85
