16,095.12 includes installation of new deck with concrete footings trex transcend tropical decking using hidden fasteners. Pressure treated framing, glue lam beams. Removable section of decking above window well (1).This includes materials and labor.
Bench
$960.00 includes installation of 12 feet of bench with not back along edge of deck with trex top. This includes materials and labor. This is pending final design.
New subfloor front decks
$6,730.15 includes removal and disposal of existing deck to the joists. Replacement of plywood subfloor in preparation for new coating. This includes materials and labor. This does not include structural repair or joist replacement.
Planters
$3,051.30 includes installation of 3 planters with sheet metal liner pressure treated frame and Trex horizontal cap and sides. Lid made of trex also included. This includes materials and labor.
Lighting
$1,200.00 includes installation of low voltage LED light strips along front edge of bench with switch next to door. 120 Electrical outlet on middle planter. This includes materials and labor.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
