Design
$232.50 includes shade modelling for sail shade, detail drawings for rain escapes and decking layout.
Replace existing membrane with Rain Escapes dry space system and composite decking:
$19,062.23 includes installation of marine plywood, roofing membrane, pressure treated beveled pressure treated sleepers to support decking. Includes installation of Trex transcend (high end) or similar using hidden fasteners with contrasting border. This includes materials and labor. This does not include additional framing or re-framing for functioning rain escapes system or Trex decking.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
