177 square foot deck extension: 

$6487.00 includes, footers as needed, 12" log posts and brackets to match existing, relocation of railing, GLB beam, pressure treated joist spaced 16" galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of redwood 2 x 6 stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint or to match existing. This includes labor and materials. 

Existing deck restoration 

328 square feet @ $3.25 per square foot = $1066.00 includes sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, pressure wash, acid wash, board tightening, stain in translucent stain brushed on. this includes materials and labor. 

Railing extension:

6' new railing @ $110.00 per foot = $660.00 includes fabrication and installation of  match existing railing. 

Stairs: 

$4287.00 includes stairs with 8" log  posts and powder coated iron railing and landing to turn away from house after 10 stairs. Pressure treated stringers and 2 x 6 redwood stained and prepped same as deck extension. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $13,861.00 -5% = $12500.00 This includes labor and material. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
