Total decking to be installed approximately 472 square feet. 

Redwood: $26.00 per square foot = $12272.00 includes redwood 2 x 6 deck boards, coated decking screws, top fasteners, stain and stain prep materials, pressure treated lumber, galvanized hardware, concrete, and other materials needed for structure of deck.

Composite $29.00 per square foot = $13688.00 includes composite decking material installed with hidden fasteners, pressure treated lumber, galvanized hardware, concrete, and other materials needed for structure of deck.

Stairs 

$550.00 includes construction of stairs up to hot tub with matching composite decking or redwood. This includes labor and material including decking. 

Permitting and design fee $500.00 includes drafting, assembling paperwork for permit, pulling permit. Does not include actual permit fee or engineering. Engineering should be $300, approx. $250 for the permit.

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
