873 square feet of mid grade composite decking at $13.00 per square foot= $11,349.00 includes installation of composite material using hidden fasteners, top fastened on outer edge using trim head composite deck screws in matching color. This includes labor and materials for Trex enhance or TimberTech mid grade composite.

Railing

150 feet @ $85.00 per foot = $12,750.00 includes black powder coated fortress railing mounted on metal 4 x 4 posts. This includes materials and labor.

Pergola $1,500-$4,500 - design dependent

Stairs

$1,789.00 to rebuild stairs using existing substructure, add additional stringers to support composite decking material.

Timbers

Replace all log posts under deck and in front of house with 10" x 10" timbers. $11,760
