Total existing deck 304 square feet. 

 Extension

$7220.00 includes installation of deck extension approximately 190 square feet based on drawings with customer.  Pressure  treated joist galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of composite decking to match or closely match existing. 

Deck re-framing and concrete pad for hot tub 

$3400.00 includes removal and reframing of decking and beam in area where hot tub will be installed. Installation of concrete slab engineered for hot tub. 

This is based on the following engineering assumptions: 

Footers along outer edge of deck only (not under existing beam). Each additional footer $650.00. 

Engineering, drafting, permitting $1000.00 includes stamped structural engineer drawings, permit filing, inspection scheduling. Does not include actual permit fee estimated $150.00.
