Restoration of existing  Siding

$12,500.00 includes pressure wash not to exceed 1300 psi, at a downward angle to restore 1378 square feet of existing exterior siding to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, stain in translucent to desired color. A 60 foot boom truck, custom scaffolding to reach needed areas and lawn protection material is included to complete the job. This includes materials and labor. 

$12,500 for Total project. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed. 

*Unless previously specified, our scope of work ends with what is on our bid, and any issues we run into under the ground line, is unknown, such as sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical. Therefore, we cannot assume a dollar value, and anything we run into will not be apart of the bid and you will be invoiced.
