70 square feet @ $28.00 per square foot is $1960.00. This includes installation of substructure to match existing construction including footings joists beams and posts. Installation of decking. Includes materials and labor. 

Decking and stairs 

565 square feet @ $13.50 per square foot is $7627.50. This includes removal and disposal of existing decking and stair treads, minor sub-structural work, installation of redwood decking pre-stained, buff, acid wash and stain on top surface in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. 

Railing: Extension 

17' linear feet at $85.00 per linear foot = $1445.00. Includes installation of  railing to match construction of existing railing stained to match existing railing. 

Total job: $11,032.50 .This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule work, 30% to start.
