Deck restoration

$20,804.00 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

Total job:  $21,569.00

Maintenance:

$7,430.00 includes pressure wash to clean, furniture moving one way, acid wash, staining and wiping. This includes labor and materials. Recommended after 12, then every 18-36 months depending on deck's exposure.This is an optional service not included in the original contract.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

This bid is a lump sum quote. We usually buy extra materials for each job then return what we don't use. Any extra materials we may purchase are the property of Deck Stylists until used on the job itself.
