Stain railing

$984.00 includes pressure wash to clean, restaining in translucent or semitransparent stain in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor.

Build railing

$1,320.00 includes installation of railing to match existing railing down stairs and across section to lower stairs as discussed. This includes materials and labor.

Total job: $3,422.28

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
