Estimated 4 hours @ $65.00 per hour = $260.00 includes repair of lower deck section to reattach to ledger. 

Existing deck restoration 

779 square feet @ $3.25 per square foot = $2726.50 includes sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, pressure wash, acid wash, board tightening, stain in translucent stain brushed on.

Railing 

66 feet @ $85.00 per foot = $5610.00 includes removal and disposal of existing railing, installation of new stainless steel cable railing with 4 x 4 posts and top cap as per photo:

Bid is subject to revision based on final design. Design consultation, draft to scale, and illustration included also. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
