530 square feet @ $13.25 per square foot = $7155.00 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of composite decking in Trex Enhance or Timbertech earthwood evolutions Terrain.. This includes materials and labor.

Railing

43.5' new railing @ $85.00 per foot = $3697.00 includes installation of 4 x 4 redwood posts and powder coated black iron balusters. This includes labor and materials.

Pergola bench

$5000.00 includes construction of triangular pergola with bench in corner of extension and existing deck. Staining included. This includes labor and materials. Subject to final design.

Stairs

$650.00 includes installation of stairs from upper to lower deck including labor and materials.
