Deck Replacement per Deck

$3,456.00 includes removal and disposal of existing decks, installation of new framing and decking using pressure treated framing, galvanized hardware. Tying in to existing structural columns, footings and ledger assumed. Redwood decking prestained and buffed and sanded after installation. This includes labor and materials. Does not include permitting or engineering if required.

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

Total job for three decks $10,368.00 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
