Large front deck column (1)
$5,000.00 includes removal and disposal of large front column, replace with 8 x 8 steel column powder coated. This includes materials and labor.
Shorter front deck columns (3)
$3,000.00 includes removal and disposal of existing log columns on front landing, installation of new 8 x 8 rough timber columns. This includes materials and labor.
Front deck railing
$5,278.00 includes new front deck railing with horizontal flat bar powder coated and 1 x 6 hardwood cap stained. This includes materials and labor.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.

Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
