$5,355.00 includes replacement of 2 sets of stairs in front entry using GLB stringers and treads with angles steel galvanized stair brackets. Staining in translucent in your choice of tint. Restoration of top and bottom landing. Restaining railing to match existing. This includes materials and labor.

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
