$2,000.91  includes mechanical sanding of 480 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking on the main deck . This includes materials and labor. 

 $2,000.91 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule and remainder on completion.
