Main deck remodel
$23,608.05 includes removal and disposal of existing deck, installation of new composite deck high end (trex transcend or similar price) composite based on revised concept (approximately 672 square feet) using existing footings with the addtion of 1 footing to support lower section. This estimate is subject to final design. This estimate includes materials and labor.
Planter and privacy wall
$2,682.74 includes construction of 12 foot privacy wall with planter and privacy screen using cumaru (hardwood) and corten steel. this is a concept quote and could change based on final design. This estimate includes materials and labor.
Bench and stairs, (lower deck)
$4,662.09 includes installation of apprximately 10 x 10 bench (20' total with righ angle), (2 sets) stairs to grade on lower tier.
Railing
$5,326.11 includes approximately 38 feet of privacy railing using steel and cumaru. this includes materials and labor.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
