Restoring of Existing Deck
$1,657.50 includes mechanical sanding of 450 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking to the main deck . This includes materials and labor.
Addition to Existing Deck
$2,080.00 includes a 35 square foot extension for installation of new redwood decking in a triangle shape to accommodate for proper passing room around hot tub, not to encroach on the retaining wall. As well as installation of new concrete footings, joists and GLB beam. This price includes installation of 2 x 12 pressure treated joists spaced 16" on center with galvanized hangers and new redwood prestained and acid washed and sanded and stained in your choice of tint to match existing deck. This includes materials and labor.
Remodel Sinking Railroad Tie Stairs
$5,000.00 includes installation of 12 steps 50' wide tread stairs made of new redwood risers and treads on concrete slab, ground regraded to prevent sinking treads, installation of new concrete footings, and new redwood prestained and acid washed and sanded and stained on top side in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor.
$8,737.50 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials.
Maintenance on deck after 12 then every 18-24 months $720.65
We require 50% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 20% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
*Unless previously specified, our scope of work does not include any issues we run into under the ground line, is unknown, such as sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical.
