New Railing

$4,978.79 includes removal and disposal of existing railing on front deck, installation of new 8-10" peeled log posts and 5" horizontal peeled logs coped (match back railing) with stainless cable with turnbuckles. This includes materials and labor. This includes using (4) small intermediary posts instead of log posts as discussed.

New stair treads

$360.00 includes removal and disposal of existing stair treads, installation of new steel perfo grip galvanized stair treads. this includes materials and labor.

Total job: $5,338.79 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
