Short 

$350.00 each = $700.00  includes removal and disposal of log to concrete pier, installation of new logs. This includes materials and labor. Subject to change based on engineering. 

Railing 

41 feet horizontal log railing @$125.00 per foot = $5125.00 includes removal of existing railing, installation of log railing installed and stained. This includes labor and materials. 

Log replacement $85 per cope, + $35.00 per foot for morticed receiving log. balusters $12.00 each. 

Deck sanding 

351 square feet $4.25 per square foot = $1491.75 full mechanical sanding to remove all or existing paint, buff, pressure wash, acid wash, fastener tightening countersinking, stain in translucent deck stain. This includes labor and materials. 

Engineering and permitting approximately $650.00 based on actual. 

Total job: $13316.75 + engineering and permitting. This includes all materials and labor.
