This includes all labor and materials.

Existing deck surface: 350 square feet

$13.00 per square foot = $4550.00 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, pressure wash, scrape and solid stain on joists, installation of redwood 2 x 6 decking stained before installing on under and ends and sides, installed using deck screws with 1/8"-3/16" gap, buff sand, acid wash and stain in translucent deck stain in your choice of tint. This includes all labor and materials. Additional joists at $120.00 each.

Rail and posts 70 feet flat, 24' raked

Straight railing $75.00-$105.00 per foot = $5225.00 includes installation of stainless steel cable railing with 6" coped round log horizontal top rail, stained in translucent in your choice of color. See below for cable railing connector types.

Raked (sloped) railing $85.00 per foot = $2040.00 includes installation of stainless steel cable railing with 6" coped round log horizontal top rail, stained in translucent in your choice of color. See below for cable railing connector types.

Posts:

3 shade/privacy structure posts including stairs

$200.00 each = $600.00 includes removal and disposal of existing rail posts, installation of new 10" peeled log rail posts notched over deck frame bolted on with countersink galvanized bolts. Stained in log oil in your choice of tint. This includes labor and materials.

Structural

Rear:

$2500.00 includes install new piers and footers, replace 2 existing peeled log posts, new support beam and custom brackets for GLB support beam. This includes materials and labor.

Front of house:

$1500.00 in includes cut off bottom portion of log post, hydraulic jack roof, installation of larger diameter footer to raise pier to 24" above grade,installation of custom footer. This includes materials and labor.

Stairs

$3500.00 includes installation of staircase using 3" x 12" GLB stringers and treads. Galvanized stair tread brackets. Concrete slab on grade at base.

Total job = $23139.00 This includes all materials and labor.

Maintenance on deck @ $1.25 per square foot = $592.50
