Powder coat railing

$2,989.00 includes removal and transport of railing, re installation with feet welded to legs and bolted to concrete.  This includes materials and labor. 

Modify railing

$2,002.00 includes installation of new baluster between each existing baluster 1/4" steel square or smaller, 2, 30" extensions. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $4,991.00

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
