Option 1 repaint railing in place

$3,734.90 his includes wire brush and grinding flaking and peeling paint, primer, repainting of railing.  This includes materials and labor. 

Option 2 powder coat railing

$7,744.80 includes removal and transport of railing, re installation with feet welded to legs and bolted to concrete.  This includes materials and labor. 

Modify railing

$3,393.60 includes installation of new baluster between each existing baluster 1/4" steel square or smaller. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job TBD

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
