New railing upper deck
$3,060.00 includes removal and disposal of upper deck railing, installation of new custom metal railing with wood cap. This includes materials and labor.
Deck above garage railing
$3,780.00 includes removal and disposal of garage over deck railing, installation of new custom metal railing with wood cap. This includes materials and labor.
Entry deck and stairs
$2,400.00 includes removal and disposal of entry way deck and stairs, installation of new entry way stairs and landing using trex transcend decking. This includes materials and labor.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.

Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
