Restoration of Existing Back Deck

$2,053.06 includes mechanical sanding of 210 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor.

Back Deck Extension

$10,701.60 includes 294 square feet of new triangular shape, supported by extra beam and footings along house. This follows the 12 foot setback parallel to the fence. As well as a wood lattice and vinyl barrier for under the deck to ensure the underside of the deck is sealed. This includes installation of new pier, footing, post and beam, installation of joists and framing, 12" GLB outer ledger, installation of redwood 2 x 6 decking pre-stained, installed using deck screws, buff sand, acid wash and stain in translucent deck stain in your choice of tint. This includes all labor and materials.

Total job $12,780.08 This includes labor and materials.

Deck maintenance after 12 then every 18-24 months at $969.325 includes pressure wash to clean, acid wash, stain and wipe with same stain. We send out yearly maintenance reminders to all of our clients.

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
