Deck Restoration

551 square feet of cedar 2 x 6 decking to be sanded and stained. 

$4.00 per square foot = $2204.00 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above,board by board inspection (replacement at additional linear foot price) tightening loose boards,  mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse,
stain of in your tint of choice, brushed on. 

Deck Extension 

85 square feet deck extension

$28.00 per square foot = $2380.00 includes footers as needed, installation of substructure with pressure treated lumber, cedar deck boards prestained then buff sanded and stained to match existing deck. This includes materials and labor. 

100 linear feet cedar board replacement @ $8.00 per foot = $800.00

Total bid: $5384.00

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
