This includes countersinking trim screws, tightening loose boards, buff sanding to remove flaking stain or paint and buff weathered wood (not total removal), oxalic acid wash and using a semi-transparent or semi-solid stain to match existing color or in your choice of tint.

Total job: $3506.00 This includes labor and material. 

Maintenance on deck $1023.40 includes pressure wash, re-stain and wipe after 12 months and then again every 24 months to  preserve your deck. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
