$32.00 per square foot= $2176.00 includes, footers as needed, pressure treated joist and frame spaced 16" galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of redwood 2 x 6 stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint. This includes labor and materials.

Maintenance on deck $283.00- 10% $254.70 includes pressure wash, restain, wipe.

Options: 

Bench 

$95.00 per foot (redwood)  this include construction of bench with back with redwood or ipe  in corner of 12 x 16 extension. Staining included. 

Railing

$65.00 per foot includes redwood railing with 2 x 2 balusters, 2 x 6 top cap and 4 x 4 posts, stained. 

Stairs: 

$85.00 per foot includes installation of nested staircase with 2 stairs and concrete support pad. 

Sample configuration:

13 feet bench (corner benches on extension near bbq) = $1105.00 

24 feet railing $1560.00 

Total job:  $6115.70 with sample options, extension, and maintenance on existing deck. This includes labor and materials.
